For orders over € 500.00 (+ VAT), with shipping in Italy, shipping will be included in the delivery, and will therefore be offered by Indoox.

For orders of less than 500.00 Euro (+ VAT), with shipping in Italy, the shipment will have a flat rate of 7.50 Euro (+ VAT).

If you choose the payment method (Cash on delivery), you will be charged 5.00 Euro (+ VAT) for collection costs.

For orders of less than 100.00 Euro (+ VAT), with shipping in Italy, you will be charged 5.00 Euro (+ VAT) for miscellaneous administrative expenses (Invoicing, order management, shipping management etc .).

Shipments in port Franco (Indoox charged) are made by TNT express courier, DHL express courier, and express courier BARTOLINI. Shipments in assigned port (to be paid by the customer) are carried out by the courier indicated by you in the order.

Delivery times by express courier are expected to be 24-48 hours.

Orders are processed with the times indicated in the order confirmation. Most orders are processed within 10 business days of receipt of payment or confirmation for payment on delivery (cash on delivery).

For each order the Customer is required to specify at least one telephone number to allow the courier to contact him in case of difficulty in delivery. In case the delivery is not successful due to not attributable to Indoox or to the express courier, after 2 consecutive steps, the costs of custody or redelivery will be charged as quantified by the express courier or it will be possible to collect the product at the point of courier sorting.


If for any reason you do not wish to receive the order at your address you can easily choose to receive it at your nearest courier branch. Please report to us at the end of the order, in the appropriate space reserved for COMMENTS in which branch you wish to receive the shipment; the service has no additional costs. Or create in your personal account a new shipping address that specifies in which branch you want to receive the goods, and select it at the conclusion of the order.


The products purchased are delivered within 24/48 hours, from the order.


In case of absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice of passage indicating a telephone number that will allow you, without any additional expense, to arrange a return.

You will have 2 days to contact TNT, DHL or BARTOLINI, at the end of which a deposit will be opened, not attributable to Indoox, and whose costs will be charged by TNT, DHL or BARTOLINI.


Once the order has been processed, after your prepayment, or your confirmation for shipping on delivery, Indoox will issue the shipping document by courier, the reference number of your package (tracking number or ID customer) will be sent directly by the courier and will be specified in your order account. With this number you will be able to check your shipment with relative timing, on the courier website used, starting from the following day. For any problem you can contact the courier directly, without intermediaries, according to your area you will find on the TNT courier site, DHL or Bartolini the phone number to contact.


If you wish to collect your order from our offices in Via Raffaello Sanzio 3, in Botticino (Brescia), it will be sufficient to notify us at least one day in advance so that we can process your order. Upon your arrival, an employee will take care of delivering the goods to you. The service is free and you can pay comfortably in cash.
